Priya is Josh's coordinator on the rollout programme — bright, decent, and apologetic, the warm human texture of the office building the new system. She celebrates her colleagues and believes, sincerely, that good people are doing good work. She is part of how the story shows a vast machine staffed entirely by likeable people.
